We know it’s hard to make appointments with specialists in New Mexico, so we strive to offer the MOST flexibility in scheduling. Appointments can be completed virtually or in-person. Insurance and Payments

 

Insurance is not accepted at this time. Full payment is required prior to service.

Virtual and telephone appointments are always free. However, if you’d like an in-person appointment, I’m available to travel to your home or office in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe. The cost is $0.75 per mile roundtrip from the Juan Tabo/I-40 exit in NE Albuquerque.

Appointments and Packages

 

  • 1 Hour One-Time Initial Assessment (No Follow Up) $180

    • Want help with your nutrition, but don’t feel like you’ll need more than one appointment per year? Or, do you feel like you have a strong grasp on nutrition and just need some fine-tuning? This is the appointment for you.

  • 1 Hour Initial Assessment + One 30-Minute Follow-Up Package $250

    • Are you starting from scratch or don’t know where to begin? Do you have a new medical condition and you feel totally lost in the grocery store? Do you just want to start fresh? Book this package so we can cover your needs in-depth while still making sure we have the time booked to follow up and clarify any questions that might come up later.

  • 1 Hour Initial Assessment + Two 30-Minute Follow-Up Package $320

    • Are you ready to commit to change? This package will give you set appointments with your dietitian to streamline and optimize your nutrition. We’ll cover your history, needs, and preferences at your first appointment, as well as clarify goals for the next three months. At your two follow-up appointments we’ll discuss any challenges you’ve faced, brainstorm solutions, and monitor progress to your goal.

  • 30 Minute Follow-Up, as needed* $100

    • Want to have a quick visit and discuss any challenges/issues you’re having? Did your doctor mention a new condition? Having a procedure done? Going on a cruise and don’t know how to manage your nutrition? This is the appointment for you.

  • 15 Minute Telephone/Zoom Check-In* $45

    • Want to ask about vitamins? Have grocery store questions? Did your brother mention a new type of salt and you’re curious if it will work for you? This is a quick appointment to help tune up your nutrition.

  • Snapshot Food Review* $20 per day of review

    • Write down everything you eat for a predetermined amount of time. Send photos to your dietitian and receive feedback to help you meet your goals!
